Purpose and legal basis

Your personal data is processed to create and maintain your account, to deliver the service, to keep it secure, and to contact you — on the basis of the performance of the contract with you (KVKK art. 5/2-c) and our legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f).

How we collect it

You provide it directly, electronically, through the sign-up form and the panel. Session and error logs are generated automatically on top of that.

International transfers

The language model, search and image providers we use for content generation run their servers outside the country. Data sent to them is transferred under the explicit consent you give when you sign up (KVKK art. 9).

Your rights

  • •To request information about it if it has been processed
  • •To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
  • •To know the third parties, at home or abroad, it has been transferred to
  • •To have it corrected if it is incomplete or inaccurate
  • •To request its erasure or destruction
  • •To require that corrections and erasures be notified to those third parties
  • •To object to a result reached against you purely by automated analysis
  • •To claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing

How to apply

Send your request to us at mabburgensis2@gmail.com. Application method: a written request from the e-mail address on your account — we verify your identity through that address, so no further documents are needed. We conclude requests within 30 days at the latest.
