What the service does
Moflow takes the brand address you give it and produces marketing copy, strategy and visuals with AI agents. Output waits in the panel; deciding to publish it, and publishing it, is entirely yours.

Terms of Service
By using Moflow you accept the terms below. The service is free for the duration of the private beta.

The controller's legal entity details (trade name and address) and the governing law / competent forum will be added in the next update of this text.
Accounts and approval
We are in private beta: after you sign up and verify your e-mail, an administrator reviews your account. We may decline an application without giving a reason. Keeping your credentials safe is your responsibility.
Your responsibility
You confirm that you hold the rights to the brand details, text and images you put into the system. You may not use the service to produce unlawful or misleading content, or content that infringes anyone else's rights.
AI output
The text and images the agents produce may be wrong, incomplete or untrue; every output must pass your own review before it is published. Moflow publishes nothing anywhere on your behalf.
Intellectual property
The data you enter is yours. So are all rights to use the output we produce; Moflow uses that output for nothing beyond running the service and measuring its quality. Moflow's own software, interface and brand belong to us.
Interruptions
We give no service level commitment during the private beta; the service may stop or change without notice. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss (lost profit, lost data, reputational harm) arising from using or being unable to use the service. In any paid period our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months; the private beta is free, so that amount is zero. Liability for intent or gross negligence is not excluded.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the current version is always published at this address. The governing law and competent forum will be added in the next update of this text, together with the controller's legal entity details.
