This page describes what data is processed while you use Moflow, why it is processed, and where it lives.

The controller's legal entity details (trade name and address) and the governing law / competent forum will be added in the next update of this text.
To keep your account open, to run the chain of AI agents, to measure the quality of what they produce, and to send you verification and notification e-mail. Legal basis: performance of the contract with you (KVKK art. 5/2-c) and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure (art. 5/2-f — security and error logs).
To produce content we send the relevant part of what you enter to outside providers: language models (DeepSeek, Anthropic), web research (Tavily, Jina), brand data (Brandfetch), image generation (fal.ai), and the SMTP provider we send mail through. Google Analytics runs on the marketing site when it is configured. Beyond that we neither share nor sell your data.
Data is held in a database on a server hosted in Germany. Retention period: as long as your account is open. When you ask for your account to be deleted we remove your personal data and the generated images within 30 days; request and error logs are kept for at most 90 days.
We use three: the sign-in cookie that keeps your session open, moflow-locale which remembers your language, and — when configured — Google Analytics measurement cookies. We use no advertising or profiling cookies.
